Tourmaline Square  Gemstone Faceted
The Tourmaline Classic Carré is a straight, square gemstone format – a square. The natural bicolor along the axes of the tourmaline is shown to its best advantage in the Carré.  A few stair-like facets on the underside of the gemstone and a small table emphasize its simplicity and coolness, making it a contemporary and elegant gemstone. A variation is the princess cut, which creates more brilliance with triangular facets on the top of the stone and a tapered lower body.
